Thanks for this great question, David. Fact is, the past 6 weeks with my mom has thrown a wrench (or at least a question mark) into my Spring plans. I still want to hike, but I'm only just now returning home and my head is still spinning. We shall see. As for the job opportunity--it wasn't meant to be. Which perhaps is yet another clue to stick with the plan to go on another long walk!
